Welcome to The Website of Noga Gallery BN 55722844171 LTD online (hereinafter: “The Gallery”)
The Website’s is aimed at providing information about the artworks for sale and allowing their online purchase in keeping with the Website’s rules.
The Gallery may change the range of artworks offered on the Website at its sole discretion.
The use of the website is for personal and private purposes only.
The content on the Website cannot be used on other websites, advertising or other media of any kind.
Purchases will be made using an Israeli credit card, except for Diners Club card. The purchase will be finalized only upon the approval of the transaction by the credit card company.
Product delivery time will be calculated from the date of the transaction approval by the credit card company.
If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, The Gallery will notify the customer.
The purchase is finalized only after the transaction approval by the credit card company.
The customer will provide their personal details for the purpose of charging their credit card, completing the transaction, contacting them and delving the artwork.
The customer declares that the details provided are accurate and up-to-date.
The artworks will be delivered within 5-15 business days, from the day of the transaction approval by the credit card company.
The Gallery will not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused as a result of incorrect/or inaccurate details provided by the customer at the time of purchase and as a result of force majeure or events beyond its control.
If the artworks will be offered in a special sale of any kind, the reduced price will apply to orders placed or until the end of the special sale.
The Gallery reserves the right to announce, change or discontinue a special sale at its sole discretion.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
A customer who meets the definition of “consumer” as stated in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”) may cancel an order and / or transaction in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Law.
The customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date receiving the product or from the date of receiving a document with details of the transaction, whichever is later in accordance with the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 and regulations thereunder.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after receiving the product in writing to the operators of the Website, via email to: info@nogagallery.com
It will be emphasized and clarified that the cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer will be subject to the return of the product by the customer at the customer's expense, when the product is intact, in its original packaging, and without damage and/or defect of any kind.
REFUND
The customer will be refunded up to 14 business days after The Gallery received the returned product.
